Police
The Indianola Police Department provides 24-hour services to the residents of Indianola.  The department, comprised of sworn officers, reserves, and clerical personnel, is located within City Hall.  Further inquiries may be directed to Chief Dave Button at dbutton@cityofindianola.com.  The non-emergency number is 515-961-9400, fax 515-961-9450.

Fire & Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
The Indianola Fire Department is a combination-type fire department with 45 volunteers and eight full-time staff.  Under the direction of Fire Chief Greg Chia, the department responds to an amount exceeding 2,000 calls a year.

he Warren County Economic Development Corporation (WCEDC) is a nonprofit volunteer organization established to promote and coordinate economic growth in all areas of the county. The ultimate goal of the WCEDC is to enhance the quality of life enjoyed by all Warren County residents.

WCEDC directs efforts to cultivate leaders, facilitate community cooperation, guide economic development initiatives and will assist organizations in their pursuit of local development efforts.
