City Hall is located at 110 North 1st Street, Indianola. It houses a number of different offices, including City Manager, City Clerk, Building & Zoning, and Fire and Police Departments.

The Warren County Administration Building, located at 301 N Buxton Street in Indianola, houses property searches, zoning maps, vehicle registrations and license renewals.

Indianola Community School District has four elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. ICSD is one of the only districts in the state to offer a year-round educational opportunity for our students through Irving Elementary.

The Indianola Public Library was created in 1884. After moving numerous times, the current building at 207 N. B St., was constructed in 1984. Their mission is: We open doors for curious minds.

The mission of the Indianola Police Department is to work in partnership with our community to protect life and property, and enhance the quality of life in our city through excellence in policing.

Indianola Municipal Utilities (IMU), located at 210 West 2nd Ave., provides Indianola with electric, water and network services.

The City of Indianola operates a vibrant, dynamic park system for the enjoyment of area residents and visitors. The system is comprised of 14 parks totaling more than 255 acres of green space.

As emergency responders to fires, medical emergencies and disasters – natural or man-made – the Indianola Fire Department protects the lives and property of residents and visitors.

The Warren County Sheriff's Office, 1801 W 2nd Ave, manages the county jail and protects citizens through patrol, traffic, animal control and criminal investigative duties

Simpson College is a private, liberal arts college. Founded in 1860, the picturesque main campus sits on 85 tree-shaded acres and is home to 1,200 full-time undergraduate students.
